Headquarted in New Hampshire’s picturesque Seacoast region, G&A Insurance was formed in April 2011 by owner and President Jeff Gray. Staffed with a team of highly-experienced agency professionals, G&A is committed to taking the time to understand customers’ circumstances and offering them optimal, cost-effective insurance solutions. G&A specializes in crafting custom-built policies – from personal lines such as home and auto insurance to commercial and specialty insurance. Jeff Gray is the President and founder of G&A Insurance. With more than 15 years’ experience, he is well versed in all aspects of the insurance business from risk assessment and coverage development to loss prevention and life safety issues. Jeff grew up in the seacoast area, attended Berwick Academy and graduated from the University of New Hampshire. After college Jeff worked for the Dallas Stars as a Director of Hockey in their Plano, Texas facility before returning home to the family run insurance agency, The Richardson Group. While working for the Richardson Group and subsequently Wells Fargo Special Risks, Jeff worked as an Account Executive and Loss Control Specialist.



John Gray is the Senior Vice President of G&A Insurance. He joined his son, Jeff Gray, at the agency in 2014 and together they have built a substantial book of business in the Commercial, Rink, and Health Club areas. John brings his passion for hockey (he played in college and professionally), a personal approach to customer service, as well as more than 30 years experience in the specialty insurance areato his role. John was the original founder of The Richardson Group, a commercial agency specializing in program insurancewhich he later sold to Wells Fargo. Along with his law firm, John pioneered an innovative approach to risk management and loss control, that continues to be the standard in the rink business today.
